IDENTITY VERIFICATION PRIOR TO ACTIVATION AND DELIVERY

Since the transaction is conducted through online payment, Ooredoo needs to ensure the validity of the credentials you supply us. It will take up to 24 hours for our agents to contact you to schedule delivery.

To ensure the validity of credentials you provide to us, at the time of delivery you will be asked to present the original civil ID, Staff ID & Salary Certificate / used to conduct your online transaction. The delivery agent will take a picture of your civil ID / and the signed Subscriber Activation Form (SAF, Appendix, delivery note) at the time of delivery.
